1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer reliable standard shipping to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days within the United States.

  • Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping on orders over $60 (or a flat rate of $6.9 for orders under $60).

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

cereffolin.online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@cereffolin.online.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include your order number so we can assist you promptly.
